Complaints & Solutions
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We would like to help you further and find a solution. You can email your complaint to: email@example.com.
After receiving the email you will receive a confirmation from us. We will process your email immediately and will contact you within 14 working days. If it needs more time, we will let you know.
Is it a delivery problem or has the order not been delivered? Then take a look at our ‘Questions’ page under ‘Warranty’.
We strive to find a solution that you are satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with the solution offered, you can contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk with which we are affiliated.
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
