You can pay for your order through iDeal, Bancontact, GiroPay, Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer not to pay online, you can also transfer the amount. As soon as we have received the payment, we will ship your order. Any costs for a transfer from abroad are for the account of the buyer.

Parcels within the Netherlands are offered by PostNL. For international shipments we work with different companies. After shipment you will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace information.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 working days (legal trial period). To do this, you must first send an e-mail to klantenservice@engelpunt.com, stating. the invoice number and your bank details. The order must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and with sufficient postage to:
