Right of withdrawal
6.1 When purchasing products, the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving reasons during 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
Then 14 days to return the product.
After registering the return, we as a retailer have 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.
6.2 During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
6.3 If the consumer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to make this known to the entrepreneur within 14 days after receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known by means of the model form. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of dispatch.
6.4 If the customer has not made it known after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 that he wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal resp. has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.
6.5 If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne at most.
6.6 If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by the web retailer or that conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted.
6.7 All by ENGEL. delivered products that can be regarded as custom work (such as, but not limited to, products that are provided with text, photos or other images at the request of the customer and products that are provided with embroidery at the request of the customer) are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal as described in paragraphs 1 and 2.
6.8 If a product has not been delivered according to the customer’s specifications, he must contact ENGEL’s customer service department within 14 days. This can be done in writing, by email to info@engelpunt.com or by telephone.
6.9 Personalized products from ENGEL. are made to measure (per piece). As a result, it is not possible to return your order. If the order has not been executed properly, please let us know via our helpdesk. If a “non-personalised product” is chosen during the ordering process, returns are possible.
