Good heavens, so much has happened in the last 6 months. Lots of colour, and also moments with less colour. So many different emotions and situations in such a short period. It sometimes feels as if everything is presenting itself so intensely because it wants to be seen. For ENGEL., it has become extra clear how important it is to make beautiful and sustainable products, products that bring a smile to your face, products with colour and a story of their own.
15 years ENG
‘Is there anything to celebrate?’ I wrote in my previous blog post. Certainly, ENGEL. turned 15 last month and I'm quite proud of that. Together with a fantastic team of people around me, we have achieved a great deal, created beautiful things, laughed a lot, and created a workplace with ‘colour’ around us. Thank you to everyone who has helped make ENGEL. what it is today.
10 years Aisa
So what else happened? We got a new website in January, I celebrated my 50th birthday, Corona, and to top it all off, Aisa's 10 years in service. Many of you know Aisa from trade shows and our customer service. All orders and queries pass through her hands. Thank you, super loyal, dedicated, and enthusiastic employee.
In my last blog post, I wrote that I don't believe that in a world we have no control over there are no more moments of ‘joy’. And this has only been confirmed in the past period, because these moments are always there, it's just an art to see them.
We're seeing that people have more of a need for colour right now; they're treating themselves to a garland for life, buying their children a new school bag, or spoiling themselves with such a beautiful zipper 2.0 backpack.
